Taught by Mr. Temur who has a PhD in Electrochemistry. He has worked with World Bank rehabilitation project of Georgian hydropower infrastructure. He has 19 years experience in development of pipeline projects and in wholesale supply of Natural Gas.

This course offers an introduction to the theoretical and practical understanding of how energy and climate change policies are designed, shaped and governed.

Temur Japaridze

Mr. Temur has a PhD in Electrochemistry; he worked with World Bank rehabilitation project of Georgian hydropower infrastructure.

Temur has been involved in a number of energy policy development in Georgia’s Energy Sector for policies like; Electricity law, creation of the ministry for Energy, Establishment of oil and Gas Corporation and Brussels International Energy Chatter.

Temur has 10 years experience in development of pipeline projects and 9 years in wholesale supply of Natural Gas.
