Jimmy is a prolific and resourceful consultant with 5 years’ experience in teaching at higher education. He has done consultancies with international organizations for over 10 years. He has strong skills in coaching and delivering training.

He has been teaching Project Planning and Management, International Business, Strategic Operations and Procurement Management for 4 years and is well-grounded in these subjects.  With strong technical and theoretical knowledge as an accomplished consultant, he has designed and delivered tailor-made training and short certificate courses in; Project Planning and Management, Project Monitoring and Evaluation, Procurement and Contract Management, Humanitarian Logistics, Social Entrepreneurship, Cash Transfer Programming, Transport and Fleet Management at The Virtual University of Uganda.

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supplies (UK) and certified by The Kaya Humanitarian Leadership Academy in collaboration with The Cash Learning Partnership (CaLP) – United Kingdom.

An expert in research consultancies, Jimmy is also into the training of trainers, managing operations, and capacity development. His expertise span from the managing of fast-paced projects at European Union Elections Observation Mission as the Deputy Project Manager; International Organization for Migration as Senior Logistics Officer, International Alert (Consultant), World Bank (Consultant), UNDP (Team Leader) and many other international organizations.
