About This Course
This course provides tools and practical training which can add value to your company by increasing production efficiency and reducing costs. The course covers the main components of operations excellence such as production efficiency and optimisation, integrity and reliability,
integrated activity planning, competence assurance operations readiness and also the operations leadership and performance management required for delivery. Safety is a key foundation of operations excellence but is covered as a subject, in itself, in other training courses offered.
